Power Oatmeal

 

Ingredients

  • 3/4to 1 cup hot water
  • 1/3 cup old-fashioned oats (uncooked)
  • 2 tbsp unsweetened apple juice
  • 1 tbsp raisins (optional)
  • 1/2 tsp ground cinnamon
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla
  • 1 tsp flax meal
  • 1 scoop protein powder

 

Directions

  • Mix all ingredients together.
  • Follow the directions for cooking oatmeal.
