Curry Chicken with Yogurt

 

Ingredients

  • 2 pounds of chicken breast
  • 1 medium onion (chopped)
  • 1-2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1/4 tsp season salt
  • 2 tbsp water
  • 2 tsp curry powder
  • 1/8 tsp ground cumin
  • 1/2 cup plain yogurt

 

Directions

  • Place chicken in a baking pan.
  • Cut onion into wedges and place around the chicken.
  • Sprinkle with oil.
  • Sprinkle with seasonings.
  • Bake in a 375-degree oven for 45 minutes or until the chicken is cooked.
  • Place a spoonful of yogurt on top of the chicken.
