The goal of this study is to evaluate the efficacy of QLS31905 in combination with chemotherapy (nab-paclitaxel plus gemcitabine [AG]) versus placebo in combination with chemotherapy (AG) in the treatment of CLDN18.2-positive advanced pancreatic cancer in adult participants.

Study of Anti-CEACAM5 ADC M9140 in Participants With Advanced Solid Tumors (PROCEADE PanTumor)

The PROCEADE PanTumor study aims to investigate M9140 in multiple tumor types which express carcinoembryonic antigen-related cell adhesion molecule 5 (CEACAM5) and it is therefore designed as a matrix study. This study aims to assess the antitumor activity, tolerability, safety, and pharmacokinetics (PK) of M9140 as monotherapy or in combination treatments in adult participants with locally advanced/metastatic CEACAM5 expressing tumors. There will be 3 substudies under this Master Protocol that may be conducted in parallel.

Training Endoscopists to Perform On-site Rapid Cytological Evaluation for EUS-FNA of Solid Pancreatic Lesions

In China, there is a serious shortage of pathologists who can perform on-site cytological diagnosis. As a result, there are few centers that can conduct ROSE in China, which limits the diagnostic accuracy of EUS-FNA to a certain extent. Previous research reports on whether endoscopists could be trained for ROSE were controversial, which may be related to the lack of standardization of the training of endoscopists. There is no training program for training endoscopists to systematically process pathological specimens, operate microscopes, read the adequacy of cytological specimens, and evaluate the atypia of cytological specimens in China. Therefore, our center intends to carry out a training for endoscopists to compare the improvement of endoscopists' ROSE operating ability before and after the training, and to evaluate the practice of each endoscopist to perform on-site rapid cytology specimens of solid pancreatic lesions.

HS-10502 is a Poly(ADP-ribose) polymerase 1 (PARP1)-specific selective inhibitor. The purpose if this study is to assess the safety, tolerability, pharmacokinetics (PK), and efficacy of HS-10502 in subjects with homologous recombination repair (HRR) gene mutant or homologous recombination deficiency (HRD) positive advanced solid tumors.

A Study to Evaluate the Safety and Efficacy of A2B694, a Logic-gated CAR T, in Participants With Solid Tumors That Express MSLN and Have Lost HLA-A*02 Expression

The goal of this study is to test A2B694, an autologous logic-gated Tmod™ CAR T-cell product in subjects with solid tumors including colorectal cancer (CRC), pancreatic cancer (PANC), non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC), ovarian cancer (OVCA), mesothelioma (MESO), and other solid tumors that express MSLN and have lost HLA-A*02 expression.

The main questions this study aims to answer are:

Phase 1: What is the recommended dose of A2B694 that is safe for patients

Phase 2: Does the recommended dose of A2B694 kill the solid tumor cells and protect the patient's healthy cells

Optimal Perioperative Pain Control in Minimally Invasive Abdominal Cancer Surgery

This is a research study to evaluate the effectiveness of 3 different types of routine pain management regimens used during clinically indicated, minimally invasive oncologic (cancer) surgery. This project is considered &#x0022Research&#x0022 and participation is voluntary. Upon enrollment in this study, the research team will collect data from the patient's medical records. The patient will undergo all of the normal testing and procedures required pre-operatively (standard of care). The study team will then randomly assign the patient (like a flip of a coin) to one of three different study arms for pain management during surgery:

1. Laparoscopic Transversus Abdominis Plane Block (LapTAP) with Local Anesthetic (LA)
2. Laparoscopic Transversus Abdominis Plane Block (LapTAP) only
3. Local Anesthetic (LA) only The patient will receive standard pre- and post-operative care according to clinical guidelines (routine care). The study team will collect information from the patient's medical record for the first 24 hours after their surgery and upon discharge. This information will include pain scores, amount of medication required, any side effects the patient may have experienced, and satisfaction with pain control. Participation in the study will end upon discharge from the hospital.

A Long-term Follow-up Cohort Study in Patients With Intraductal Papillary Mucinous Neoplasm

Study objective: To establish a long-term follow-up cohort of patients with IPMN, study the follow-up, clinical outcomes and prognostic factors of patients with IPMN, and provide a basis for clinical decisions and guidelines.

The purpose of this study is to evaluate the efficacy and safety of irinotecan liposome injection in combined with oxaliplatin plus tegafur (NASOX) for postoperative adjuvant chemotherapy for pancreatic cancer.
