Intra-Arterial Treatment of Pancreatic Cancer Using the RenovoCath™ RC120 Catheter

This is an observational study to assess patient survival and clinical outcomes after the RenovoCath™ RC120 catheter is used to deliver chemotherapeutic agents to pancreatic tumors.

ZN-c3 + Gemcitabine in Pancreatic Cancer

This study is being done to test the safety and effectiveness of combining ZN-c3 and Gemcitabine in participants with pancreatic cancer.

The names of the study drugs involved in this study are:

* ZN-c3 (a small molecule inhibitor of the WEE1 tyrosine kinase)
* Gemcitabine (a nucleoside metabolic inhibitor)

Palonosetron Hydrochloride in Preventing Nausea and Vomiting Caused by Radiation Therapy in Patients With Primary Abdominal Cancer

RATIONALE: Palonosetron hydrochloride may prevent nausea and vomiting caused by radiation therapy. It is not yet known whether palonosetron hydrochloride is more effective than a placebo in preventing nausea and vomiting.

PURPOSE: This randomized phase II trial is studying the side effects of palonosetron hydrochloride and to see how well it works in preventing nausea and vomiting caused by radiation therapy in patients with primary abdominal cancer.

Phase 2 Study of S-1 as 2nd Line Therapy in Metastatic Pancreatic Cancer

The purpose of this study is to determine whether S-1 is effective as 2nd line therapy in slowing tumor activity in patients with metastatic pancreatic cancer who have previously received 1st line treatment with a gemcitabine regimen. The study is also looking at the safety of S-1.

Efficacy and Safety of a Neoadjuvant Treatment in Pancreatic Cancer

This is a Phase II open study, not randomized with a neoadjuvant therapy,combination of Gemcitabine (1,000 mg/m2/week) with Erlotinib (100mg/day) (3 cycles of 4 weeks), followed by gemcitabine (300 mg/m2/week) combined with Erlotinib (100mg/day) and radiotherapy (45 Gy / day fr180 cGy) (5 cycles of 1 week) in patients with resectable pancreatic adenocarcinoma to assess the percentage of R0 resections. They have planned a total of 21 visits.

Integrating Palliative Care and Modern Palliative Care Tools Into the Care of Patients With Pancreas Cancer

The main purpose of this study is to evaluate the acceptance by patients with metastatic pancreas cancer of integrating palliative care with usual cancer treatment. Palliative care intervention will involve use of pancreas cancer-specific decision aides (iPC3)about prognosis, treatment choices, and advance care planning for patients facing a treatment decision as well as symptom assessments. We hypothesize that palliative care consultations with iPC3 will be accepted, symptoms can be diminished, information can be received in a way that improves choices, and that the quality of care can be improved.

Pharmacokinetic and Safety Study of Nab®-Paclitaxel (ABI-007) Plus Gemcitabine in Subjects With Advanced Pancreatic Cancer Who Have Cholestatic Hyperbilirubinemia

The purpose of this study is to determine the safety and pharmacokinetic profile of nab®-paclitaxel (ABI-007) plus gemcitabine in subjects with advanced pancreatic cancer who have cholestatic hyperbilirubinemia secondary to bile duct obstruction.

Cancer Detection in Pancreatic Cysts

The purpose of this study is to assist with early and accurate diagnosis of cancer in pancreatic cysts based on the analysis of DNA obtained by endoscopic ultrasound guided fine needle aspiration

Compassionate Single Subject Use of FG-3019 (FibroGen) in Locally Advanced, Unresectable Pancreatic Cancer

Single compassionate use subject is an 83 year old woman with a history of lymph node positive breast cancer and recently diagnosed pancreatic cancer in May. With an Eastern Cooperative Oncology Group (ECOG) of 2, it is felt that she cannot tolerate more aggressive chemotherapy. The investigators propose to administer FG-3019 on a compassionate pleas basis in combination with gemzar. The patient is currently being treated and is tolerating gemzar.
