This study is a single-arm, phase I trial, up to 16 participants with resectable PDA. The study will examine the efficacy of the mutant IDH1 inhibitor ivosidenib, in conjunction with standard-of-care mFOLFIRINOX in the neoadjuvant setting.

This is a single center, open-label, phase 1 study to evaluate the safety and efficacy of U87 CART in treating advanced solid tumor .
This study aims to conduct a large-scale prospective clinical trial to evaluate the efficacy and safety of capecitabine monotherapy as maintenance treatment following standard adjuvant chemotherapy (gemcitabine plus capecitabine) in patients with resectable pancreatic cancer, and to analyze whether ctDNA-MRD testing can guide the selection of postoperative maintenance therapy.
Specifically, in this project, the objective will be developped a model to capture imaging-based tumor heterogeneity with multiscale radiomics approach by obtaining the mirror tumor image at in vivo MRI, ex vivo MRI at histology. This imaging model giving a perfect virtual histology tumor representation will be secondary implemented on routine in vivo clinical MRI for early cancer detection and treatment monitoring. Successful completion of this proposal will lead to a comprehensive non invasive characterisation of pancreatic cancer and will be a game changer in patient management.
The purpose of this study is to evaluate if the combination of nivolumab and a CCR2/CCR5 dual antagonist (BMS-813160) with GVAX is safe in patients with locally advanced pancreatic cancer (LAPC) who have received chemotherapy and radiotherapy, and to see if this combination therapy enhances the infiltration of CD8+CD137+ cells in PDACs .
Phase Ib clinical trial using Autologous Dendritic Cell Vaccine Loaded with Personalized Peptides (PEP) in order to stimulate/induce both innate and adaptive immunity by activating T-cells and Natural Killer (NK) cells, combined with standard of care (SOC) adjuvant chemotherapy, followed by nivolumab, an antibody against Programmed Cell Death 1 (PD-1), to maintain and boost the vaccine's effect in patients with non-metastatic resectable pancreatic adenocarcinoma
This protocol will enroll patients with pancreatic adenocarcinoma and adenosquamous carcinoma (Cohort 1), gastrointestinal/pancreatic neuroendocrine neoplasms with Ki-67 > 20% (Cohort 2) and neuroendocrine prostate carcinoma (Cohort 3)). Each cohort will have its own interim analysis after enrollment of 10 patients.
Subjects will be given a one-month (28 day) supply of study drug (ESK981). Subjects will be instructed to take 4 capsules, with or without food, once per day for 5 consecutive calendar days, then take a drug holiday for 2 consecutive days before repeating the 5 days on-2 days off cycle in sets of 4 weeks or 28 calendar days. Subjects will be asked to keep a pill diary noting the date they take their study drug.
The purpose of this study is to compare the effect of lumen-apposing metal stent (LAMS) and traditional plastic stent on the drainage of pancreatic pseudocyst, mainly to observe the cyst recurrence rate of 12 months after treatment.
Loss of appetite is a common symptom of patients with cancer and can cause distress which impacts patients and caregivers. Patients diagnosed with head/neck, lung or pancreatic cancer will be recruited for this study to decrease the suffering and distress associated with eating during cancer treatment and improve the quality of life of patients by implementing an algorithm utilizing nutrition intervention and appetite stimulants.
Shwachman-Diamond syndrome (SDS) is a genetic condition characterized by bone marrow failure, medical co-morbidities, and leukemia predisposition. SDS-Like patients share clinical features with SDS but lack mutations in known SDS genes. Since SDS/SDS-Like syndromes are rare diseases, data are sparse regarding the clinical features, natural history, clinical outcomes with current management, and treatment. For this reason, the SDS Registry was formed to collect clinical data from medical records and to bank biological samples with the goal of understanding SDS/SDS-Like diseases to develop better treatments and improve the health of patients with these conditions.
