Do you think you would like to volunteer? The NPCF is a place where you are needed and appreciated!
There are many things that may seem inconsequential to some, but are vitally important to patients and their families. Here are some areas where volunteers can help, and can truly make a difference:
Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) is commonly described by its promotors as aligning a company’s activities with the social, economic and environmental expectations of its stakeholders. It has become a multi-billion dollar public relations speciality in the business world.
CSR is a commitment to behave ethically and contribute to economic development while improving the quality of life of our workforce and their families, as well as the local community at large.
We welcome businesses who are able to team with the National Pancreatic Cancer Foundation in order to fulfill their corporate social responsibilities by volunteering, providing financial support, and by spreading the word about our foundation and the work we do. Something as simple as encouraging a “dress down day” at your facility, and then donating the proceeds to NPCF goes a long way to supporting our core programs.
